The initiative means in fact to retrain the love for the environment, the taste of healthy food, by convincing the consumers to a less city and more rural style of life, without for this to want to engrave on habits acquired for a long time by now but that, if we want, we can address toward a healthy style of life that makes of this slogan a well precise and realizable objective.
With the adoption of a sheep you will guarantee her breeding, you will assure you with an ample border of saving genuine and biological products (read the contract, please . ) as lamb, cheeses, ricotta, oil, honey, oregano, sauce of green onions, our white Giarratana nougat ; you will be always the welcome ones together with your children to our farm, you can assist to the various phases of the production and taste our natural products as soon as our restaurant will be into action.
